1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States and Canada:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days in transit.
Total Estimated Delivery: 8–18 business days (including processing time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons, customs clearance, or adverse weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. We may offer promotional free shipping on eligible orders as announced on our website.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Verdie Crystal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 72 hours of delivery at missjiajia1212@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors first, and contact us within 7 days so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
